From day one, she was drawn to the energy, the people, and the endless possibilities the industry offers. In 2012, she joined one of the top-producing real estate teams in the DC Metro area, where she became the team lead’s right hand. From organizing systems and managing transactions to supporting clients every step of the way, Deidra’s focus was always on creating a seamless, positive experience with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.

As her journey evolved, she followed her creative side and launched a full-service home staging company. Working closely with top builders, agents, and investors, she learned how to manage every aspect of an investment portfolio—from purchase and renovation to staging, marketing, and final sale or property management. It’s where she discovered her talent for turning vision into value.

All of this experience led to the creation of Perfect Plan Real Estate Services—a company built on years of hands-on knowledge and a heart for helping others succeed. Now based in Bradenton, Florida, Perfect Plan offers full-service real estate support, pre-listing staging consultations and vacation rental management services.
