Deidra’s love for real estate began back in 2001 when she became a residential real estate agent. In 2012, she joined one of the top-producing real estate teams in the DC Metro area, where she became the team lead’s right hand. From organizing systems and managing transactions to supporting clients every step of the way, Deidra’s focus was always on creating a seamless, positive experience with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.

As her journey evolved, she followed her creative side and launched a full-service home staging company. Working closely with top builders, agents, and investors, she learned how to manage every aspect of an investment portfolio—from purchase and renovation to staging, marketing, and final sale or property management. It’s where she discovered her talent for turning vision into value.

While living along the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Deidra also managed a portfolio of boutique hotel properties. It was here that she developed a real knack for guest experience—honing her ability to anticipate needs, create welcoming events, and deliver exceptional service. That chapter added another layer to her expertise, especially in the short-term rental and hospitality world.

All of this experience led to the creation of Perfect Plan Real Estate Services—a company built on years of hands-on knowledge and a heart for helping others succeed. Now based in Bradenton, Florida, Perfect Plan offers full-service vacation rental management locally, and remote services nationwide, including transaction coordination, short-term rental account management, and virtual staging.
